Refunds and exchanges: Proof of purchase required, maximum period of 15 days following the date of purchase or delivery.

No exchange by mail: returns only.

Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Special orders and clothes worn or washed are not refundable or exchangeable.

Products must be new and in their original packaging, including labels and manuals.

Refunds are charged to the credit card used to make the purchase.

Any product or gift card received free of charge must be returned with a refund. Otherwise, the value of the product or gift card will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Most of our products are offered with free shipping, which means the delivery has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. If you return your purchase, you will be responsible for the return shipping to the warehouse. In the case of a return, you will be refunded the purchase price less our actual shipping costs and restocking fees when your return has been processed at the warehouse. The return processing time usually takes a few weeks.

To return a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department.

RETURNS IN SHOP
Items purchased from Mondo Bébé (in store or online) can be exchanged or returned to all Mondo Bébé stores.

To avoid paying shipping costs, you can return the item to one of our Mondo Bébé stores. Please bring the following items with you:
1: Bill of goods
2: Confirmation email (This will allow us to check the original payment method)
3: Please repack the product in its original packaging

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect product, missing or damaged parts, we will send you free replacement parts. Please call the toll-free number on your order receipt and our customer service team will take care of you.

When receiving packages, even if the packaging appears only slightly damaged, write 'Damaged packaging' when you sign for delivery. Its very important.

If the packaging seems seriously damaged, you can refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse the delivery, please inform us so that we can wait for the return shipping.
